Christian Pendleton

Christian Pendleton is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management, engineering, and cost estimation. Currently serving as the Director of Construction at Churchill Downs Incorporated since March 2022, Christian previously worked as a Cost Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers and held various project management roles at Kelley Construction, Inc. and AECOM Hunt, contributing to significant projects such as the Kentucky International Convention Center and Louisville's Ohio River Bridges Project. Early career experience includes roles at TEM Group and Gott Inc, along with an operations internship at Gray Construction. Christian Pendleton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 2013.
