Joe Harrington

Joe Harrington has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Joe started their career at the University of Louisville in 1998 as a Technology Consultant II, where they worked until 2004. Joe then joined the Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District as a Network Analyst, where they worked for 8 years. In 2012, Joe joined Churchill Downs Incorporated as a Virtualization Engineer, and later took on the role of Director IT Operations in 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer at Churchill Downs Incorporated.

Joe Harrington attended the University of Louisville from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Geography.
