MacKenzie Hundley

Mackenzie Hundley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mackenzie started their career at Sazerac Company as a Customer Service Coordinator from October 2011 to December 2012. Following that, they joined The Vision Dance Center, where they served as an Instructor and Co-Owner from May 2008 to June 2014.

In 2014, Hundley transitioned to Bellarmine University, where they held positions such as Development & Alumni Relations Intern from February 2014 to July 2014, Alumni Event & PR Coordinator from July 2014 to December 2016, and Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement from December 2016 to December 2017.

Mackenzie then moved to Churchill Downs Incorporated, a prominent company in the horse racing industry. At Churchill Downs, Hundley held multiple roles, beginning as a Recruiting Manager from December 2017 to June 2018. Mackenzie then took on the role of Benefits Manager from June 2018 to March 2019 before being promoted to Director of Benefits and Compensation from March 2019 to March 2021. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Benefits and Compensation at Churchill Downs Incorporated, a position they have held since March 2021.

Mackenzie Hundley completed their Master of Arts in Communication (MAC) at Bellarmine University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) also at Bellarmine University from 2008 to 2011. Mackenzie completed their high school education at Eastern High School from 2003 to 2007.
