Natalie Keenan

Natalie Keenan is an experienced project manager currently serving at Churchill Downs Incorporated since July 2023. Previously, as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse from July 2018 to May 2023, Natalie focused on stakeholder engagement for the Grants Quality Service Management Office at the Department of Health and Human Services and provided change management expertise for the National Cancer Institute, significantly improving reporting processes. Natalie's career began at PwC Public Sector, where work on cybersecurity and IT projects led to a promotion to Senior Associate. An internship at the U.S. Department of Commerce in 2014 involved evaluating allegations from domestic companies. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of South Carolina, along with additional educational experiences from Sciences Po and the Institut de Touraine.
