Ryan Jordan

Ryan Jordan is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at Churchill Downs. Ryan has previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Churchill Downs Entertainment Group and Churchill Downs Incorporated. Jordan has also worked as the Director of PGA Championship at the PGA of America and Operations Manager of PGA Championship.

Jordan began their career in 2004 as the Operations Manager of PGA Championship at the PGA of America where they oversaw all aspects of operations for the PGA Championship. In 2006, they were promoted to Director of PGA Championship and was responsible for the overall management of the PGA Championship.

In 2009, Jordan joined Churchill Downs Entertainment Group as Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the development, site plan design, scheduling, coordination, budgeting and operation of the HullabaLOU Music Festival and Fork, Cork and Style food and wine festival. Ryan also created a revenue optimization program to grow revenue across ticketing, merchandising, food and beverage and other ancillary revenue streams as part of the overall strategic plan.

In 2010, Jordan was promoted to Vice President of Operations at Churchill Downs Incorporated. In this role, they were responsible for implementing key initiatives of the President and Chief Operating Officer across the racing, gaming and online segments.
