Rhiannon J Davies

Rhiannon J Davies is currently the Founder/Project Manager at The Scottish Beacon, where Rhiannon J is establishing a collaborative of independent, community-based local news outlets across Scotland. Prior to this role, Rhiannon J was the Co-Founder of The Community Newsroom and the Founding Editor of Greater Govanhill CIC. Rhiannon J was also a fellowship recipient at Winston Churchill Memorial Trust UK, focusing on exploring new models of journalism. With a background in freelance travel writing and editing, Rhiannon has contributed to various publications and websites. Rhiannon J holds a Postgraduate Degree in Journalism Innovation and Leadership, a Master of Science in Media, Communications and International Journalism, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities.
