Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of IntelliCoach Pte Ltd since June 2018, Maik specializes in empowering people leaders with essential coaching skills. As a co-founder and co-CEO of Our Family, Maik balances professional commitments with personal responsibilities as a father of four. Additional roles include Churchill Executive Coach and Program Facilitator at Churchill Leadership Group and Associate Coach with Global Coach Group, focusing on global executive coaching and leadership training for prestigious clients. Maik's background includes strategic human resources management at BHP Billiton and Qimonda Asia Pacific, along with a strong academic foundation with a Master's degree in Business and Computer Science from Technische Universität Dresden.
