Mary Mosham, MSOD, MCC, is an accomplished executive coach, consultant, and author with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as CEO of Mary Mosham Consulting, LLC since October 2017, Mosham also holds positions as Executive Coach and Leadership Team Facilitator at Churchill Leadership Group Inc., and as Executive Strengths Coach at The Marcus Buckingham Company, among other roles. Previously, Mosham spent nearly a decade at Cisco, where roles included Sr. Manager of Leadership and Team Development, where the coaching practice for over 8,000 leaders was co-founded, and Sr. Manager of CX Business Transformation. With a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach, Mosham’s expertise encompasses coaching, change management, and strategic organizational solutions for diverse clients.
