Abid Shaw

Abid Shaw serves as the National Support Team Manager and Team Trainer at Churchill Management Group since January 2012, where responsibilities include coaching and mentoring new staff on CRM software, operating procedures, and compliance standards, alongside developing the skills of employees with over 10 years of financial services experience. In a prior role as Senior Relationship Associate, Abid managed operations for three Sales teams, achieving significant sales milestones and maintaining client relationships with over $910 million in assets under management. Previous positions include Director of Marketing and Business Development at La Palma Urgent and Family Care, where Abid achieved substantial client base and revenue growth, and Field & Co-Op Marketing Specialist at The UPS Store, focusing on client servicing and marketing initiatives. Abid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from UC San Diego.
