James Fitz-Costa has a solid work experience in the architectural and construction field. James began their career as a Land Surveyor at Premier Surveys in 1996. Following that, they worked as a Trainee Architectural Technician at MBA from 1998 to 2000. James then worked as an Architectural Technician at Tuffin Ferraby Taylor from 2000 to 2002 and later at the rpa group from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007, James worked at Lyons Sleeman Hoare as an Architectural Technician. James then joined McCarthy & Stone in 2007 and worked there until 2008. James also gained experience at Area Sq as an Architectural Technician from 2008 to 2009, and at By Plan from 2009 to 2010. Presently, James holds the position of Senior Technical Manager at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd, where they have been working since 2010. More recently, they have taken on the role of Head of Technical at the same company.
James Fitz-Costa attended Connaught Junior School Bagshot from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they enrolled at Collingwood in Camberley from 1989 to 1994.
