Pamela Preston

Pamela Preston has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of Franchise Operations at Church's Chicken since August 2007, where strategic leadership and oversight to franchisees are prioritized to achieve company objectives. Prior to this role, Pamela worked as an Area Operations Manager at Jack In The Box, Inc. from January 2000 to June 2007, managing operations across multiple units and focusing on service excellence and profitability. Earlier career highlights include owning and operating multiple Burger King franchises in Laredo, Texas from February 1984 to February 1997, and serving as a Franchise Consultant at McDonald's from May 1978 to December 1983. Pamela holds an MBA from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Arizona State University.
