Yijun Wang

Yijun (Tiffany) Wang is a Human Resources Generalist at Chuwa America Corporation since July 2021, with a previous role as Senior HR Associate at Bayer from February to November 2018. At Bayer, responsibilities included analyzing work-related cases and addressing HR inquiries to enhance communication of company policies. Prior to this, Yijun served as an HRS Operation Specialist at Honeywell from July 2014 to January 2018, where leadership in tax survey programs and organizational change communication was demonstrated. Yijun began professional experience as an Engineer Intern at L'Oréal in early 2014 and held positions such as Document Control Assistant at Roche and Recruitment Assistant at Shanghai Foreign Service (Group) Co., Ltd. Yijun holds a Master's degree in HRIR from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from Tongji University, along with a summer session at the University of California, Berkeley.
