Doug Phillips

Doug Phillips has a diverse work experience in the field of maintenance and facilities management. Doug is currently serving as the VP of Maintenance & Facilities at Chuze Fitness since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Maintenance, Waste & Recycling at Petco from August 2016 to June 2022. Doug also worked as the Director of Facilities Management at Neiman Marcus from December 2005 to August 2016. Doug's earlier roles include being a Senior Chief Engineer at Transwestern from 2002 to 2005, a Regional Chief Engineer at CBRE from 2000 to 2002, and a Building Engineer at DSS Engineering / ABM Engineering from 1995 to 2000.
