Mike Truex

Mike Truex has a strong background in finance and investment. Mike started their career as an Assurance Associate at KPMG US in 2004. Mike then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2005, and later worked as a Private Equity Associate at The Gores Group from 2007 to 2010. In 2012, they became a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Principal at Toba Capital. Mike then joined Vision by Granicus as a CFO, where they worked until 2018 when the company was acquired by Vista. Currently, Mike holds the position of CFO at Chyron, a role they have been in since 2018 and was promoted to President in 2023.

Mike Truex has a varied education history. Mike began their academic journey at UC Irvine, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from 1999 to 2003. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Masters degree in Accountancy from USC Marshall School of Business, where they were enrolled from 2003 to 2004. Later, they attended UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2010 to 2012, obtaining an MBA. The field of study for their MBA is unspecified.
