Bhumi Shah

Bhumi Shah has extensive experience in college counseling and direct apply operations within the education sector, currently serving as Associate Director of Direct Apply Operations at Cialfo since March 2022. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Cialfo and Manager of College Counseling and Student Success at Gen Next Education, Inc., where Bhumi supported students from South Asia and the Middle East in their college and career paths and represented international university partners. Experience also includes positions at IDP Education India Pvt Ltd and EDWISE INTERNATIONAL, focusing on team leadership, mentorship, and marketing strategies to enhance student enrollment. Bhumi holds an MA in Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Literature from Gujarat University, as well as ongoing education in Higher Education Administration.
