Richa Sharma

Richa Sharma currently serves as the University Engagement Manager for India and the Middle East at Cialfo, where the focus is on transforming higher education through AI-driven solutions. Prior to this role, Richa held multiple positions at Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, including AGM for Admissions & Outreach, Senior Manager for Career Skills, Manager, and Assistant Manager for Aptitude Training, and began the career as an Aptitude Trainer. Richa also contributed as a Guest Speaker for Aakashvani All India Radio and worked as an Associate Faculty at ICHIEVE. Richa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Hons.) from Delhi University and a Master of Arts in Philosophy, along with a Diploma in Creative Writing from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
