João Ricardo Gubolin

João Ricardo Gubolin has a diverse work experience beginning in 2015. João Ricardo started as a Sales and Marketing Intern at CiaTécnica - Soluções em Tecnologia da Informação, where they conducted sales projections and created sales training presentations. João Ricardo also built a lead portfolio of top US companies in the Boston area. In 2015, they transitioned to Macy's as a Retail Sales Supervisor, where they studied reports, identified opportunities, and implemented action plans.

In 2016, Gubolin joined Ciatécnica as an Account Manager, where they focused on identifying and prospecting new clients and building long-term business relationships. João Ricardo then became an Operations Manager, responsible for tracking staffing requirements, pursuing strategic objectives, and managing data collection. In 2018, they transitioned to a Business Development Manager role, working with mid-sized and large-sized companies to identify and build application projects. João Ricardo also maintained client relationships and supported engineering leads in closing projects.

In December 2019, Gubolin was promoted to Director of Finance and Operations at Ciatécnica. In this role, they formulated strategic and operational objectives, worked with external legal teams for compliance, and oversaw facilities and inventory management. João Ricardo held this position until July 2021 when they transitioned to become the Head of Business Development for the US and Canada. Currently, Gubolin has taken on a new role as the Chief Business Development Officer at Gubolin, starting in August 2022.

João Ricardo Gubolin's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Colégio Santo André - SJRP until 2010. João Ricardo then enrolled at Morro Bay High School and completed their studies from 2010 to 2011. Afterward, João pursued an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Bunker Hill CC for the academic year 2013-2014. João Ricardo furthered their educational journey by pursuing an Associate's Degree in Systems Analysis and Development at Universidade Paulista from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, João obtained a certification in Professional Networking through LinkedIn in August 2021.
