Robert Rheel

Robert Rheel is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at CIBA Insurance Services since July 2021 and Managing Director at Rheel Life LLC since September 2016, Rheel previously held key positions, including Head of Distribution at Munich Re Specialty Insurance and President of US Insurance at Aspen Insurance. With a significant tenure at Zurich Insurance, Rheel was EVP, Head of Distribution and Regional Management, as well as SVP, Workers' Compensation Director. Early career experiences include leadership roles at Eagle Star Insurance, Firemans Fund Insurance Company, and AIG. Robert Rheel holds dual BBA degrees in Insurance from St. John University and The College of Insurance, both earned from 1981 to 1985.
