Jens Hembach

Jens Hembach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Operations Excellence & Innovation at CIBC Mellon since January 2016. Hembach has previously held leadership roles such as Director of Process Excellence at CPP Investment Board and Process Improvement Manager at CIBC Mellon, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client services.
