Jolene Ogden

Jolene Ogden, CHRL has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Jolene is currently working as the Director of HR Relationship Management at CIBC Mellon. Prior to this, Jolene served as the Senior HR Manager at Moneris from 2021 to 2022. Jolene also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at The Citco Group of Companies from 2017 to 2021, where they provided specialized financial services to various clients. Jolene has also taught a Career Planning course as an Instructor at Seneca College from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they have experience as an HR Manager at Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP from 2016 to 2017 and as the Director of Talent Management at People Corporation from 2015 to 2016. Before that, Jolene worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services from 2011 to 2015. Jolene began their career as an HR Coordinator at Cascades Recovery Inc. from 2008 to 2011 and at Reliable Bookbinders Limited from 2007 to 2008. Jolene holds a CHRL certification and has a diverse background in HR management and consulting.

Jolene Ogden, CHRL completed their education at Brock University from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Geography. In 2006, they furthered their education at Niagara College, where they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources.
