Kushal Arora

Kushal Arora has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Financial Analyst at HCL Technologies for a year. Kushal then joined Citi in 2017 as a Fund Accountant Specialist, focusing on reconciliation and valuation activities. Kushal continued at Citi as a Senior Fund Accountant until April 2021. After that, they worked as a Senior Associate at Macquarie Group in trading and operations. In 2022, they joined factorydirect.ca as a Sales Associate and then moved on to becoming a Team Lead in Fund Accounting at CIBC Mellon.

Kushal Arora obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Accounting from York University in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their MCOM degree in Accounting and Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2016 and 2018. Before their postgraduate studies, they earned a B.com(H) degree in Accounting and Finance from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College from 2013 to 2016. Kushal also received a Secondary Education degree in Commerce from Pratap Public School, Karnal, Haryana, in 2013 and a Matriculation degree from Tagore Baal Niketan in 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Kushal completed the "Way to Win" program from Dale Carnegie Training in 2017.
