Lisa Tomada's work experience includes various roles in the financial sector. Lisa started their career as an Associate at Donahue Ernst & Young LLP, where they specialized in Corporate/Commercial & Banking Law. Lisa then worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Joint Forum of Financial Market Regulators. Following this, Lisa joined UBS as an Associate General Counsel and Director. Lisa later joined CIBC Mellon as Legal Counsel, and eventually progressed to the roles of Director and Vice President in Global Securities Lending.

Lisa Tomada attended York University from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a dual degree in LLB/MBA. Lisa studied Business and Tax Law at Osgoode Hall Law School and also focused on Corporate Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Marketing at Schulich School of Business. Lisa has not obtained any additional certifications or provided information about the institution or time of obtaining the Canadian Securities Course certification.
