Andrea MacDonell is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, Risk Management at CIBC. With extensive experience in providing strategic HR counsel across various business lines, Andrea previously held roles including Director of Resourcing and Consultant in Graduate Recruitment at CIBC, where they played a key role in campus recruitment and policy compliance.
