Elizabeth Gutierrez SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. ELIZABETH began their career as a Human Resources professional at Infomania Printing & Design in 1993, where they handled various responsibilities such as updating job requirements, conducting recruitment and training programs, and analyzing exit interviews. ELIZABETH then joined Five Star Services General Contracting in 2002 as a Human Resources representative. After their time there, Elizabeth worked as a Paralegal at The Law Offices, providing support to attorneys with trial preparation, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients. In 2014, they became the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Ivy Bridge Group INC., where they played a significant role in improving operational systems, management reporting, and organizational planning. Finally, Elizabeth currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources & Risk at Artemis Hospitality since 2016, where their responsibilities include overseeing HR functions and managing risk within the organization.

Elizabeth Gutierrez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento in the years 1998-2002. ELIZABETH also holds additional certifications including a Paralegal Certificate in EEOC, OSHA, and HR, obtained from UCLA and EEOC.
