Claudia Perencevic

Claudia Perencevic, MBA, PMP, CSM, currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Programs at CIBC, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Claudia was the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Planning - Global at Scotiabank from October 2019 to February 2024, and served as Interim Director/Senior Manager of the Business Modernization Office at Ontario Public Service Executives from February 2017 to October 2019. Claudia's extensive tenure at CIBC from 2006 to 2017 included roles such as Senior Manager of Enterprise Process Management and Capability Planning and Senior Program and Project Manager. Early professional experience includes positions at Maple Leaf Foods as Lead Industrial Engineer and at Saputo as National Production Planner, along with a role as Quality Manager at Protagon. Educational accomplishments include a recent Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, and a B.A.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad EAFIT. Additionally, Claudia completed the Leadership Enrichment and Advancement Program at Schulich ExecEd in 2018.
