Gillian Miles FCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various notable organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at CIBC since April 2018, Gillian has led significant projects, including the IR35 compliance initiative and the implementation of a new Master Trust Pension Plan. Prior roles include HR Consultant at SYSTEMIQ Ltd., where notable achievements involved the automation of HR processes and new performance review processes, and Interim Head of Human Resources at Sysdoc. As Head of HR Operations and Projects at Close Brothers, Gillian successfully harmonized employee benefits, enhanced HR reporting, and contributed to the Annual People Plan.
