Jeff Janza

Jeff Janza is an accomplished commercial banker with extensive experience in providing financing solutions to businesses. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Market Lead for Regional Commercial Banking at CIBC since January 2024, Jeff previously held the role of Managing Director and Group Head at CIBC US for 16 years, focusing on middle-market financing across Wisconsin. Prior experience includes positions as First Vice President at LaSalle Bank and Vice President at USBank, where Jeff fostered strong financial support for both commercial and middle-market businesses. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
