Karen Miske

Karen Miske is currently the Senior Director of Business Effectiveness and Strategy for Personal Banking Products and Payments at CIBC, where they focus on developing strategies and roadmaps to deepen client relationships. Previously, they held numerous leadership roles at CIBC and BMO Financial Group, including overseeing financial crisis management processes and providing strategic counsel in the Office of the Vice Chair at BMO. Early in their career, Karen worked as a manager at A.T. Kearney, where they contributed to various strategic projects. Karen holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and is an award recipient for academic and leadership excellence.
