Khanh Pham

Khanh Pham is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in real estate finance and advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at CIBC since October 2013, Khanh structures complex debt solutions for a $7 billion real estate portfolio and leads teams in origination, underwriting, and asset management. Previous roles include Executive Director at CIBC, Vice President at Wellspring Real Estate Advisory, Co-Founder of Shustir.com, and Vice President at Lehman Brothers, where significant capital raising efforts were accomplished. Khanh's educational background includes a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Mount Holyoke College.
