Menka Dacosta

Menka DaCosta has over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Team Lead and Business Systems Analyst at CIBC since October 2009. In this role, Menka manages the Office365 Semi-Annual Channel Preview Program and oversees Office365 updates, including monthly patches and migrations. Prior positions include Intermediate IT Change Control Coordinator and Senior Intake Specialist, where Menka enhanced processes and supported numerous CIBC projects. Previous experience includes roles at Bell Canada/CGI as a Telecommunications Analyst, where Menka effectively managed project components and voice systems, and at CGI as an Office Administrator, overseeing administrative functions for a large workspace. Menka holds a diploma in Automated Office Management from Herzing Career College.
