Mojgan Mallakin

Mojgan Mallakin, P.Eng, currently serves as the Director of Data Security at CIBC since April 2007, where responsibilities include providing strategic thought leadership and managing the evaluation of security systems to enhance data protection. Previous roles include Senior Service Manager and Senior Manager of Enterprise Cryptographic Services, overseeing key and certificate management. Prior to CIBC, Mojgan was with Scotiabank for eight years, working as a Senior Information Security Analyst and conducting vulnerability assessments. Early experience includes a role as an Electrical Design Engineer at Maher and Associates Inc. Mojgan holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Azad University (IAU).
