Natasha Cotz is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as an Advisor at CIBC since November 2025, where responsibilities include partnering with Cyber Security teams to enhance operational efficiency and security. Prior to this, Natasha founded and led Brightside Partners Inc. from June to November 2025, focusing on guiding organizations through complex transformations while providing outplacement services. Natasha's extensive experience includes roles such as Strategic People Leader at fusionSpan, where oversight of global HR operations supported significant growth in a SaaS environment, and Director of Talent and Culture at Daisy Intelligence Corporation, driving people strategy for an AI company. Previous positions include HR Business Partner at ecobee, Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Laudi Group, and various roles at Xerox spanning talent acquisition and learning development. Natasha holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Toronto.
