Nora Curic

Nora Curic has extensive experience in human resources and digital enablement, currently serving as Senior Director of Employee Experience and Client Success at CIBC since January 2014. In this role, Nora is responsible for enhancing the workplace environment, advocating for technological innovations, and ensuring compliance. Previously, Nora held several senior positions within CIBC, including Director of Human Resources for the Digital and Chief Data Office, where leadership in talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement were key focus areas. Nora's earlier career included roles at Odgers Berndtson Canada as an Executive Search Consultant and various leadership roles in talent acquisition and development at CIBC, demonstrating a commitment to improving client experiences and operational efficiency. Nora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University and a diploma in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic.
