Paul Crimi

Paul Crimi is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Experience and Design for Simplii Financial and CIBC ASG since October 2022. As Principal at PC Design Consulting since February 2022, Paul has further leveraged expertise in user experience and design. Previously, Paul co-founded Digital Natives Creative Inc., acting as Chief Design Officer while overseeing creative development and a diverse team. Paul also co-owned Five Points Hot Chicken from January 2018 to June 2021 and held a prominent role as Sr. Product Designer at BNOTIONS, where responsibilities included leading user experience design and product direction. Earlier career milestones include positions as UI & UX Designer in freelance capacity, Manager of Digital Experience at World Vision Canada, and Sr. Designer at Rogers Communications. Skills encompass comprehensive design processes, user research, strategy development, and team management.
