Shawna Hachey, PMP, brings over 24 years of experience in project management and leadership within the banking sector, specifically at CIBC since April 1999. In various director roles, Shawna has led high-performing teams in the delivery of operational projects for both CIBC and third-party clients, with particular accountability for INTRIA/CIBC Payments and Currency initiatives. Notable achievements include the leadership of the CIBC Square Program, focusing on change management during the transition to new workplace facilities, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. Prior roles involved managing complex projects in insurance product delivery and customer information management.
