Shearon Banks

Shearon Banks has extensive experience in talent engagement and management, currently serving as Director of Early Talent Engagement & Retention at CIBC from September 2020 to September 2024, where previous roles included Senior Manager of the Graduate Leadership Development Program and Senior Manager of Process & Change Management in Retail Account Services. Prior experience includes a role as Residence Manager at Western University from May 2014 to May 2017, which involved the recruitment and selection of a large team of residence staff and oversight of building operations. Shearon Banks holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University, completing the MBA in January 2018 and the BA in January 2014.
