Spike JooHyun Lee, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Technology Development & Delivery in the Alternate Solution Group at CIBC, managing a team focused on web applications related to international finance and banking services. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Digital Mobile at lululemon, where Spike oversaw mobile-app development, and Sr. Manager of Solution Delivery at Rogers Communications, leading teams in digital mobile solutions and software development lifecycle management. Earlier positions were held at Rinasoft Global Inc., TELUS, and LG Electronics, contributing to product development, strategy, and mobile technology implementation.
