Taylor Allemann, MBA, is currently the Director of Franchising Strategy for Personal & Business Banking at CIBC. They previously worked as a Senior Consultant and a Consultant in Digital Strategy and User Experience at CIBC, as well as a Business Analyst at TELUS Business. Taylor earned their MBA from the Odette School of Business and participated in an international exchange program at NEOMA Business School, which enriched their understanding of diverse cultures and their impact on business.
