Gina Cocking

Gina Cocking is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Board Member and Founder at Dark Sky Data LLC since June 2024, Gina has also held the position of Managing Director and CEO at Colonnade Advisors LLC since May 2014, where the firm has successfully completed over $9 billion in M&A transactions. Additional roles include Director at CIBM Bank since November 2019, and previously as Director of Finance for Consumer Banking at Discover Financial Services, overseeing substantial financial operations. Gina's prior experience encompasses significant positions such as Chief Financial Officer at Healthcare Laundry Systems LLC and Cobalt Finance LLC, and a range of analyst and associate roles in prominent financial institutions. Gina holds an AB in Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
