Nnaemeka Francis Onunkwo has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Nnaemeka Francis started their career as an intern and quality control and production line associate at Coca Cola Nig. LTD in 2000. After that, they worked as a production line and quality control associate at First Aluminium Nig. LTD from 2001 to 2002, where they coordinated work duties and activities in their operational area.
In 2003, Nnaemeka joined Obitac Nig. LTD as a lead manager, responsible for coordinating operational areas, developing strategic plans, and maintaining the organization's quality system requirements. Nnaemeka Francis worked there until 2005.
From 2006 to 2017, Nnaemeka worked as a sales professional at Nordstrom Incorporation, and simultaneously held a part-time role.
In 2014, they joined CPC Environmental Services as a project coordinator, ensuring adherence to state guidelines and regulatory standards. Nnaemeka Francis provided leadership and supervision to achieve project success until 2017.
From 2017 to 2021, Nnaemeka worked at Mondelēz International as a production supervisor. In this role, they directed activities of hourly associates, ensured compliance with standards and regulations, and fostered team building and collaboration. Nnaemeka Francis also had responsibilities in labor relations, hiring, and training.
Currently, Nnaemeka is the operations manager at Cibo Vita, where they provide cross-functional leadership, maps out and improves day-to-day operations, and manages dynamic and cross-functional teams.
Throughout their career, Nnaemeka has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills within various industries.
Nnaemeka Francis Onunkwo pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial and Production Engineering from Technology jobs update, a school they attended from 1998 to 2002.
In addition to their formal education, Nnaemeka Francis Onunkwo obtained two certifications. In July 2017, they became a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Professional from the Six Sigma Global Institute. Furthermore, in October 2017, they completed the OSHA Lockout and Tagout for General Industry course, offered by the American Safety Council, Inc.
