Margaret Kosmala

Margaret Kosmala is a Principal Data Scientist at CIBO. Margaret has a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and was a Research Associate at Harvard University. At Harvard, they worked on projects involving plant phenology and climate change. Margaret also flew unmanned aerial vehicles at the Arnold Arboretum to track the seasonal progression of trees.

Margaret Kosmala received their B.S. in Computer Science from Brown University and their Ph.D. in Ecology from the University of Minnesota.

Margaret Kosmala reports to Bruno Basso, Co-Founder & Chief Scientist. Pankaj Bhambhani - Data Scientist, Shane Bussmann - Senior Data Scientist, and Subhash Bylaiah - Data Scientist report to Margaret Kosmala. They work with Ernesto Brau - Lead Computer Vision Scientist, Kofi Dzotsi - Principal Crop Scientist, and Karen Olsen - Computer Vision Scientist.
