Dina Miletic has over a decade of work experience, primarily in the field of service delivery and operations management. Dina has held various positions at NCR Corporation, starting as a Service Coordinator in 2012 and later progressing to a Service Delivery Team Leader. In these roles, they were responsible for managing customer inquiries and requests, analyzing operational effectiveness, coordinating system implementations, and documenting service requests. In 2017, Dina became a Field Operations Manager for the UK region, where they oversaw service delivery and built relationships with service providers. Dina then took on the role of Field Operations Manager for Europe, where they maintained effective network development and service delivery. Dina later joined CIBT as a Vice President, Center of Excellence, where they manage a best-in-class operation and executes the global COE strategy to support business operations and service delivery objectives.
Dina Miletic earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish language and Hispanic literature from the University of Belgrade in 2010. Dina then went on to complete a Master's degree in Spanish Language and Hispanic Literatures from the same university in 2011.
