Christian Fredrixon is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in the real estate and sustainable development sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB, a company focused on high-quality property management with daily goods store chains as anchor tenants, Christian's portfolio also includes board positions at Votion Biorefineries and Covitum AB, where a strong emphasis is placed on environmental sustainability. Previously, Christian held key roles at Vasakronan as Chief Investment Officer and in various board capacities at Delcore Fastigheter, Ancore Fastigheter, and Långeberga Logistik AB, among others.
