Olga Moya, BHS, MPM, MBA, serves as the EHS Safety Officer at CIC Construction Group since January 2018, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing Occupational Health and Safety programs in alignment with applicable standards and company policies, along with conducting regular inspections and promoting a culture of risk mitigation and accident prevention. Prior to this role, Olga worked at Servicios Profesionales from March 2012 to March 2020, providing consultancy on occupational safety and health standards required by OSHA, developing safety programs and evacuation plans, and offering training on project management and human resource administration topics. Olga holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration with a focus on Business Leadership from Universidad Metropolitana, as well as a Master's degree in Project Management Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences with a concentration in Health and Safety Engineering from Universidad Central de Bayamón.
