Elizabeth Rodriguez

Elizabeth Rodriguez, MS, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at CIC Construction Group since September 2022, Elizabeth previously held the same position at Courtyard by Marriott from November 2021 to September 2022 and at San Juan Water Beach Club Hotel from May 2018 to November 2021. Prior to these roles, Elizabeth worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Consultant at Human Capital Consulting Group for nearly a decade and began the career as a Human Resources Coordinator at InterContinental Hotel and Casino from July 2007 to November 2008. Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras.
