Alli Helminski

Alli Helminski has extensive experience in the finance and real estate industry. They were the Head of Special Projects and Vice President for Global Expansion at CIC, where they focused on real estate. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Analytics at TCG, where they implemented KPI metrics, developed a pricing model, and improved annual goal setting and performance appraisals. Alli also held the position of Vice President of Finance, Asset Management, and Real Estate at Marriott International, where they managed multi-billion dollar investment and growth transactions. They previously worked as a Vice President of Finance, Private Equity, and Real Estate at Safanad, where they led investment recommendations, created financial models, and participated in deal negotiations.

Alli Helminski's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy and Literary Theory from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, Alli pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Maryland.
