Harris Grandberg has a diverse and extensive work history. Harris currently works at CIC (formerly known as Cambridge Innovation Center) as the Global Assistant Controller. Harris has held this role since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Financial Consultant, providing accounting services to various companies from 2012 to 2015. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a leading scientific services company. Before that, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at Ahura Scientific from 2008 to 2010, where they were the first and only hire in the financial planning and analysis function before the company was acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific. Harris also has experience at Deloitte & Touche, where they worked as a Senior Associate in the Venture Capital/Private Equity Investor Services Group from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they worked as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2001 to 2003, providing audit and assurance services to large public company clients. Their early career included a role as an Investment Associate at Rampart Investment Management from 1995 to 2000, where they gained exposure to options overlay management and the inner workings of an institutional investment management firm under the guidance of Harry Markopolos.
Harris Grandberg attended Brandeis University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Harris then pursued further education at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, obtaining a dual MBA / MS degree in Accounting. Additionally, they participated in the Overseas Student Program at Tel Aviv University.
