Karina Woźniak (she/her)

Karina Woźniak has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Karina worked at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) from 2019 onwards, starting as a Talent Acquisition Lead and later transitioning to a Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2021, they became a Senior Manager in the People Success Team for Europe and Asia, and eventually rose to the position of Director in 2023.

Prior to their time at CIC, Karina worked as a Trainer at Trener Biznesu starting in 2015. Karina also held a position as President of the Board at Fundacja Przedsiębiorczości PL from 2017 to 2020, where they served pro bono.

Additionally, Karina was the Managing Partner at Warsztaty Językowe from 2016 to 2019, where they conducted English workshops for companies, focusing on negotiations, presentations, and small talk. Karina also played a key role in Projekt Biznesowy as the Initiator, where they built and managed an entrepreneurs initiative, developed a business strategy, and organized various events and training courses from 2015 to 2019.

Karina Woźniak's career began as the Managing Partner at Multilingua in 2004, where they worked for a notable 15 years until 2019.

Karina Woźniak holds a Master's degree in Translation from Wyższa Szkoła Lingwistyczna w Częstochowie, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Uniwersytet Opolski from 2000 to 2003. In 2017, Karina attended Orinoko - Szkoła Trenerów Biznesu and obtained a degree in Business Trainer. Karina recently completed a certification in Inclusion Drives Innovation from She+ Geeks Out in December 2020. In 2020-2021, Karina studied at the EY Academy of Business Polska, specializing in HRBP.
