Kelsey Henderson has a diverse professional background. They began their career at the University of Massachusetts Boston as a Research Assistant at The Horizon Center in 2012. They later joined Economic Mobility Pathways - EMPath as a Development Intern in the same year.

In 2013, Kelsey joined Eton Bioscience, starting as a Lab Technician for a few months before transitioning to a Customer Support Specialist role. They eventually became the Branch Operations Manager and held this position until 2021, demonstrating their growth within the company.

Kelsey then joined CIC Health in 2021 as a Testing Integration Specialist. They worked in this role until July of the same year when they transitioned to their current position at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) as a Project Manager.
