Noah Lesher

Noah Lesher is currently serving as a Fixed Income Research Intern at Piper Sandler since May 2024. Prior to this role, Noah gained valuable experience as a Commercial Banking Intern at BMO, where responsibilities included client acquisition and market research from June to August 2023, and as a Consumer Banking Intern at Wintrust Financial Corporation from May to August 2022, focusing on personal and business banking operations. An Army National Guard Infantry Soldier from August 2017 to August 2022, Noah participated in various leadership initiatives and deployments. Additional experience includes managing client accounts and warehouse operations at Renegade Logistics Group LLC and contributing to customer service at MISSION BBQ. Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Quantitative Finance.
